Your Debt Friend was established in April 2012 under the auspices of Registered Debt Counsellor Ferial Theunissen NCRDC 364. Ferial Theunissen has been involved with debt counselling, also known as Debt Review, and has been registered with the National Credit Regulator since its inception in 2007. Her team comprises of highly professional debt counsellors with the assistance of Registered Debt Counsellor Sumaya Fredericks NCRDC 1211, who has been practicing in the field since 2007 and Ubydoellaah Devajee NCRDC 2817, Head of Product and Marketing. He has lead Marketing teams in Cape Town for insurance companies before joining YDF in 2013, and now merges two of his passions Marketing and Tech.

Your Debt Friend has been established with the focus around individual needs as too often people are treated as just a number. At Your Debt Friend we recognise that everyone is unique, every problem is unique and so every solution is tailor made to suit the needs of the individual.
